Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the FBnC website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Company Information
FBnC is an independent fashion label based in the Netherlands.

2. Products
All FBnC garments are made to order in limited quantities. Each piece is individually crafted by me in my atelier. Due to the nature of this process, slight variations may occur. These are considered part of the product’s uniqueness and not defects.


3. Orders
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

 

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT (where applicable), unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. I do not store payment details.


5. Production & Delivery
All items are made to order. Production times may vary and are indicated on the product page. Once production is completed, your order will be shipped using delivery partners.
I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

 

6. Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.


7. Returns & Exchanges
At FBnC, I create each piece by hand in limited quantities in my atelier. Because of this, I maintain a careful return policy.

Returns must be requested by email at hello@iamfbnc.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must also be returned within this same period.


Items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unwashed
  • Unworn
  • All original tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of wear, including stains or odors.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the costumer

For international returns, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

I am not responsible for lost or damaged returns during shipping.

If these conditions are not met, I reserve the right to refuse the return.


8. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
I will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

 

 

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, branding, and designs, is my property and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.



10. Liability
I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my products or website.

 

 


11. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.


12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
